Fans Support Chiefs Despite Loss. Fans expected the Chiefs to bring home a victory on Sunday. Most say they're not disappointed with the 2010 season. People at Tanner's in Kansas City's Waldo area were just glad the team made it to the playoffs. Plenty of excitement was in the air as people packed the bar which was lined with Chiefs logos and jerseys.

Most of the people cheering on the Chiefs on Sunday said they never thought they'd make it as far as they did. Fans had smiles are their faces during the first half of the game while the team was doing well!

The Baltimore Ravens started pulling away and Chiefs fans had started to accept the possibility of a loss.

"Unfortunately because when you're down that many touchdowns its hard to come back," said Paul Lindstrom, Chiefs fan.

As the game came to an end and the score became final, fans felt the cold end of the season.

"I believe we had five turnovers and that affected us big time today," Lindstrom said.

Many fans didn't let a loss dampen the excitement of the Chiefs having a successful season.

"I didn't expect them to go this far this fast," said fan Daphne Sajovic. "I thought it would be next year."

Most fans FOX 4 spoke to said they believe the team is young and has promise.
