Bradley Manning face 22 extra criminals. These add to the charges already pending against the US army private suspected of being the source for Wikileaks's Publication of military and State Department files.

Bradley Manning is currently being held at a military jail in Quantico, Virginia, outside of Washington, DC.

Perhaps the most serious of the additional charges is an allegation of aiding the enemy. The army benchbook (PDF) for military judges says that the crime is punishable by death. The charge requires that any "intelligence" given to the enemy is, at least in part, true.

"Enemy" is defined as not only opposing forces in time of war, but also a "hostile body" and "civilians as well as members of military organizations.

American Idol Haley Reinhart. took to the American Idol emi-final stage with a sexy, sultry version of Alecia Keys "Fallin'" and the judges were split. Steven and Jennifer gave her good reviews, while Randy was not on board.

We thought it was actually pretty decent, but she needs to work on her stage presence and not being so cutsy by acting out the words to the song as she sings. Vocally, though, she had some very nice moments.

Brandon Davies and Girlfriend. Brandon Davies Dismissed from team for having a sex with girl friend. BYU announced on Tuesday that starting forward Brandon Davies was suspended for the rest of the season for violating the school's honor code.

According to Jay Drew of the Salt Lake Tribune, a source revealed that Davies was dismissed after he admitted to having a sex with his girlfriend.

Davies is said to be "extremely remorseful" and "heartbroken" over the situation and he's accepted the punishment.  Among other things, the honor code forbids students from engaging in premarital sex, and admonishes them to "live a chaste and virtuous life."

BYU spokeswomen Carri Jenkins reportedly said that the Honor Code Office is reviewing the situation and will determine Davies' future with the school.

Davis was averaging 11.1 points and a team-high 6-2 rebounds per game. The Cougars are currently the No. 3 ranked team in the country.
